To edit an existing Merchant Portal user account, do the following:
- Open Merchant Portal.
- From your user drop-down menu in the upper right, select User Management.
- Locate the user that needs to be edited.
Note: If your list of names is lengthy, press CTRL+F, or CMD+F, to find the name on the page. - Click Edit.
The page refreshes to the User edit screen. - Enter any required updates.
- Click Save to confirm changes and return to the User Management page.
