Why am I receiving an email from Trustly about a deposit to a merchant?

While your merchant is responsible for providing receipts and transaction records, Trustly's email is an effort to be transparent about the the processing time involved in moving your money from bank to bank. 


When you request a deposit to a merchant using Trustly's online banking service, we provide immediate access to your funds at the merchant so you can use them as quickly as possible. In the background, these transactions are processed on the ACH network. The withdraw from your account takes up to 3 business days after you initiate the deposit to your merchant. 


We proactively send you the notification so you're more equipped to manage your account balance and prevent potential non-sufficient funds (NSF) returns and associated fees.
