We are committed to keeping your information secure and private. You can to revoke Trustly's authorization to share data with your financial institution at anytime by following the steps below.
Please note: Revoking your consent to share data between Trustly and your bank does not cancel transactions that are currently processing. This only prevents the sharing of data between Trustly and your bank going forward. By revoking your authorization, you will not be able to use Trustly on new transactions until you re-authorize this access within the merchant flow.
To revoke your authorization and stop sharing data, do the following:
- Log into the Consumer Portal using your bank's online banking username and password.
- Open the User menu in the upper right, and then select Account Report.
- In the Transaction details section, click the Status menu, select Authorized, and then click Apply filter.
- Locate the Authorization you want to cancel, and then click the arrow at the end of the transaction row to open the details.
- Click Cancel this authorization.
- Click Yes to cancel the authorization.
- Click Close to complete the request.
An email is automatically sent to support to cancel your authorization. - Repeat as needed if you have additional authorizations listed.
