Why is Trustly charging me fees?

Trustly charges a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee when we are unable to collect a payment. Though you may see the money in your e-wallet immediately, it takes 2-3 business days to withdraw from your bank account. To avoid incurring this fee, make sure you have enough money in your bank account until you see the transaction on your bank statement.
